I get them.
You can’t stop them.
Just find somewhere quiet and lay down or sit down and sing, sing one of your favorite songs and don’t think about anything but singing that song.
Thats what I try to do. I suck at singing so if I am somewhere where I can’t sing, I just listen to my iPod.

I have them too. I think that it’s rather common in teenagers.

I used to a lot, until I learned to control them.
What I do is I sit down wherever I am and really focus on my breathing, like as I breath in I say “in” and out is “out”, it sounds stupid but you really just have to focus on your breathing and nothing else like the people or places around you. good luck

When I was younger, I got panic attacks. They can be caused by stress. If you find you’re going through a stressful time, it helps to talk to someone, whether it’s your parents, sibling, or best friend. It helps to let everything out. Medication from your doctor can help, but I found I was able to handle them by myself. When one occurs, it’s best to just breathe deeply, and think of something calming.

I get nocturnal panic attacks and my doctor put me on Lexapro and then Paxil to stop them. They went away and now I’m off pills and everything. Have you seen a doctor yet?

I have had panic attacks before, a lot of them I’ve had at work. I know how scary they are. To help myself relax, I sit down and concentrate on taking deep breaths.
Talk to your doctor about what you’re going through. He/she may be able to prescribe you anti-anxiety medications.

I used to have up to three of them a day and I’m so sorry you’re in the middle of one.
You can’t really stop them. You just sort of have to ride the wave out. Distract yourself, breathe, crunch on ice(seriously, it helps convince me my throat isn’t closing up all the time)… Most importantly, you need to find someone to hang out with you until it passes and if this continues, you need to see a doctor about it. They can refer you to a good psychiatrist who can help you figure out what to do about your anxiety.
Good luck and much love.
