What works for one will not work for all because although the disorder is the same, the causes are not.

You mentioned on your audio that other people charge/make money out of their ’systems’ . Why therefore do you also charge sufferers of anxiety for your system too? The audio and the various text formats can be easily placed on a website for us to download for free. You offer a councilling service but have not provided any credentials . If you have the answers to overcoming anxiety, as someone who has fully experienced what it is like, why would you only reveal your secrets for a price?.

Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.
