Works for me...I have been using Seredyn for some time now - and it's great. It is a herbal product, so it doesn't work like normal tranquilizers. In the beginning I didn't feel immediate results, but after I took 2 capsules twice a day for several days, I felt much better and much more relaxed, I will stick to that product.
